Track your order after shipment

Once you have dropped off your package at a relay point or locker, you can track its progress using the number on the label you received by email. The number is the Shipping No., you will find its location below. Enter this tracking number on Mondial Relay’s tracking website, with postal code 33400.

• If your package is dropped off at a relay point, it will be collected by us within 24 to 48 hours
• If your package has been collected by us, it will be reshipped to you within 24 to 48 hours.
• Once your console is ready, it will be shipped, you will receive tracking by email and SMS.
